Spring Ephemerals Bandana
This lightweight, organic cotton bandana is printed in four layers with various processes. It is dyed with natural indigo; a combination of my homegrown indigo pigment, and pigment sourced from Stony Creek Colors in Tennessee, locally foraged sumac, and weld from my garden. The pattern features some of my favorite spring ephemeral plants in the northeast U.S.: bloodroot, trillium, solomon's seal, and sensitive fern.

All of my pieces are packaged consciously; in recycled, plastic-free and hand-stamped packaging. Please reuse this packaging and (eventually) compost it!
Keep in Mind:
• These items are all dyed, printed, and/or painted using natural materials in my home, there will be some color variation on the fabric and between batches, these “imperfections” add depth and beauty to these one-of-a-kind pieces of art!
• Fabric should be hand washed with mild or pH neutral (preferred) soap in cold water, and hung to air dry
• Washing and light exposure will result in fading over time. To maintain bright color, avoid sun exposure and wash as directed above.
